Are women more likely to believe in things like psychics and wicca than men?

For the same reason that men are the ones that go to school for hard sciences and women go for literature. Whether it’s cultural bias, genetics, or a combination, we don’t really know.
But I would think youwould be amazed at the number of men interested in the supernatural. There’s probably not as much of a gender divide as you think.

What an interesting question!
Actually in my circle of friends, the guys who believe in this kind of stuff outnumber the women. However, speaking as one who is psychically (is that even a word???) blessed, I think that women are much more sensitive to feeling these sorts of things than men ~ hence the phrase “women’s intuition.”

I dont think so. In my opinion its the matter of choice. Any one can believe in that, either a man or woman.
I know many of the man who get afraid if any palmist say that your future is in danger and they started behaving madly.

Not sure where you got that idea from. I know an equal amout of each that do. The “leader” of our group is a guy.

I don’t think that women are any more likely than men to believe in all of that nonsense. My best friend for 25-years wastes his time hunting “ghosts,” and he is otherwise a regular guy. My wife, on the other hand, mocks him and calls him a twit. It seems to me that men and women are equally gullible when it comes to wasting their time with that kind of made-up phenomenon.

It has to do more with females being of Yin energy which is magnetic and spiritual energy. Boys tend to have Yang energy which is electric and grounding (i.e. earthy).
Physically, women were made to house/hold the Yin souls; males to house/hold Yang souls — while the soul itself does not have a ‘gender’ so when we refer to them as female or male it typically is in reference to if they are yin or yang energy.
In part this is why Angels are mostly “male”; they’re all Yang energy beings — that’s why they fell in love with the daughters (Yin) of man…it’s the whole balance of the Universe gig.
Apply that to humans and knowing it’s not a perfect world; that’s why some boys act like girls and why some girls act like boys.

We are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. Many professional psychics have grown up in a psychic friendly environment. Perhaps a grand-parent or parent with the knowledge has helped bring the extra sense out in the open and encouraged its use. But there are as many practicing psychics who have not had the benefit of caring psychic guidance and who have still managed to develop and hone this natural extra sense.
